1. Where are products made?

All of our products are handmade in our studio in Brewerton, NY, a suburb 13 miles north of Syracuse. We are actually only an hour and a half from Canada, but five hours drive to NYC.

2. Where do you source your sterling silver?

We source our sterling silver from reputable companies in the United States.

3. Do you ship internationally?

We only ship in the domestic United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

4. Is this site secure?

You can feel confident when shopping in our store. This site is hosted and operated by Shopify (Secure E-commerce platform). All credit card transactions are processed through Shopify which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. We do not have access to your credit card information (and we like it that way).

5. How much is shipping?

Domestic standard shipping over $60 is now FREE!
Domestic shipping for orders under $60 is $2.99 (flat rate, no matter how much you purchase).

ABOUT THE SHOP

Mom and Three Daughters was started as a retirement hobby by our founder, Ruth Willis. She is the mother of three grown daughters and grandmother to four awesome, active, happy grandchildren. The business has steadily grown from a hobby into a real business. We enjoy being together and laughing as we create our collection of beautiful handmade jewelry with loving care.

1. DO YOU GUARANTEE YOUR PRODUCTS?

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from Mom and Three Daughters. We will make any necessary changes, alterations, fixes or whatever you would require to make you completely happy. If all of our efforts are not enough, you will be able to exchange the item or return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

2. DOES THE ITEM COME WITH A GIFT BOX?

Yes, all of our items come in our signature turquoise gift box with a silver elastic ribbon. (The elastic ribbon allows you to take a peek at your gift.)

3. IS GIFT WRAPPING AVAILABLE?

We do offer gift wrapping for a nominal fee of $2.50.  You may choose this option at checkout.  You will receive everything that you need to present your gift in style:  a gift bag, tissue paper and a note card and envelope. We want to make your gift giving as easy and effortless as possible. Let us take care of the details!

3. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders ship between one to three business days. Expedited shipping is available and if you choose it, your order will be shipped that business day or the next - depending on time of day that the order is placed.

You will receive an email notification when your order ships.

4. How do you ship and how long does it take?

We ship via the USPS. Orders should arrive between two to five days.

5. Do you charge tax?

We charge sales tax in our home state of New York.
